Happy 200th post! Thank God for a good and safe trip in Japan: March 30-April 2; Nara, Kyoto, Osaka, last days in Japan.

March 30, 2019 Nara

Nara Station. Got these cool guys playing flutes... and guess what? The flutes were mainly played by foreigners. Awesome!

Kofukuji Temple

The deers crossed the street. No joke

This wasn't in our stop but I did it because I saw deers.

Todai-Ji Temple

Shibas, Shibas everywhere

"All your base are belongs to us"

Lunch in Nara

That was the end for Nara. Finally tried the Mister Donut that seems to be everywhere. It was good.

Osaka - Kuromon Market

This place was actually a 7- minute walk from our hotel. Nice to walk by and check out.

Toy hunting

What's in the bag?

Another several minute walk from Kuromon Market is a slew of toy shops; mostly Gundam but I found these two with TF figures. Ended up buying Legends Nightbird.

Dinner

This place had lots of Desserts for a Shabu Shabu. Good food and stuff.

Good food. Day over.

March 31, 2019

Namba Yasaka-Jinja Shrine

10-15 minute walk from my hotel. The Lion head is kinda cool. Small place so you will be done within 5-10 minutes.

Back to Kyoto- Kinkakuji Temple.

Bird pose!
Bird pose 2!

Wow, I guess I just love this guy

Yep, you will see these all over Japan.
Ditto.

Nice golden temple. One of the popular places to check out in Kyoto.

Somewhere a few blocks away from the temple.

A 10-15 minute walk away from the Temple. The Harp players here played "Tale as old as time" and it was beautiful.

Back to Osaka for dinner

Good Beef and Steak. Expensive but is a must try at least once! More shopping afterwards around the area. Don Quixote at its finest.

April 1, 2019

Breakfast at our place close by. Was good too.

Osaka Castle

Can't get enough of these mutts

Flowers were more in bloom by this time. I could only imagine if we came one week later. Nice surroundings for pics. I didn't pay to see the inside but this was still a great photo-op none the less.

Umeda Skytower

Umeda Mandarake

So we stopped here by accident. Haha. Got to see the famous Umeda Skytower as you leave the station. I also decided to hotfoot it to the Mandarake comic and toy shop here about 20 min walk from the station. Had lots of previous TF lines but sadly I got none :(

Tsutenkaku Tower

We hit the spot my sister wanted to go. It's a little more south in Osaka. Another space needle like tourist area though there is a much lesser crowd here. Probably more busier at night but neat little corridor like area to check out.

Back home

Just eating like crazy when we got home. The sushi place is Daikisuisan btw. We just hit random spots to eat and I found the Mandarake Grand Chaos shop here in Osaka. This place was more big than the Umeda one. and its another couple minute walk from here. Got nothing again. I ended up going back to the Jungle Hobby area two days ago and bought Legends Sixshot for nearly $45 U.S. that is way cheaper than $70 you will find in U.S. retailers. The Ultrazord/Megazord/Dragonzord was found in one of those 7 floor shops that almost sells everything from goods to electronics. I think it was the Bic Camera Namba store. We bought lots of snacks here.

Hotel card
Last meal in Japan.

Woke up early and caught a early flight to Hong Kong. Ate at the airport and took a plane ride from Peach airlines. Thank you Japan. It was an awesome experience!
