Thank God for a good and safe trip in Japan: March 24-25; Tsukiji Fish Market, Tokyo University, Ueno Park, Sensoji Temple, Tokyo Skytree, Akihabara, Mt Fuji (lots of pics)

Day 3-4 started in Tsukiji Fish Market. March 24, 2019

Shu mai on a stick!

Shiba for sale?

Where we at eBrunch

Nice experience. Would do it again. The crowd didn't really come unto after 10ish so good to get a brisk walk around prior to that time.

Tokyo University

Hachiko and Professor Ueno. The pics say it all.

Ueno Park

Nice weather. Sadly, most of the blossoms were not in bloom so people were scrounging to take pics on whatever tree that had it. Yours truly of course. Still, it was perfect for me to practice taking some pics.

Sensoji Temple

Found another Shiba! This Shiba was the friendliest of all the Shiba's we met. Very nice and playful. Lots of people in this one. Very jam packed the least to put it.

Skytree Food Court

You get what you pay for. It's fast food so quality is not gonna be so great.

Tokyo Skytree

Sensoji Temple

Tokyo Disney in the background somewhere

Tokyo dome plus Mt Fuji supposedly in the background

Tokyo Tower
$40 admission roughly just because I did the Barbie special. Ugh. Not worth it. Worth it for the views but it's about $30 without the Barbie floor. Getting back down to the ground floor is pretty long too. Lots of people trying to get down and very few elevators.

Akihabara

Welcome to toycentral! Unfortunately, I didn't know where to look so I randomly choose toy shops to find any Legends figures. There were some but sadly the prices were very inflated. I walked out of Akihabara with nothing. Oh well back home.

Mos Burgers

Well, never knew what to eat so we decided to eat Mos Burgers back at home. Was good to have a burger every now and then.

End of day 3.

March 25, 2019 Mt Fuji

Dean and Deluca

Came here for breakfast prior going to Mount Fuji.

The pass that got me around.

We pretty much spent the whole day here because it took some time to get here and back. You get to buy a bus pass that allows you to travel all over the Fuji area. You get to choose a Blue line, Green Line, and Red line. The Blue is the longest line, while Green is 2nd and Red is the shortest. What I mean by all this is distance and stops. The pass is worth it though. You get to pick your stops and get nice pics of Mt Fuji depending on where you are. There was no trekking to the mountain. It's off limits until the summer from what I hear. Hoto (thick noodles) is Mt Fuji's specialty. There is a restaurant at the end of the red line bus.

Back to the station.

Hoto was popular around here too. We stopped back a cafe back at the station area to eat Hoto pasta.

Shinjuku Dinner

Very good Shabu Shabu. Recommended if you are in the Shinjuku area.

End of Tokyo trip :(
