Last post of this year. I decided to do something a little simple. I picked up this guy back when I got the Thundercracker and Skywarp two pack. How does this little guy do? Let's get started!
Standing tall and alt mode
Here is Rung, whom I have no real affiliation on this guy. I got him because he was being sold with the exclusive seekers at the time. Also, it seemed like lots of people wanted this guy. His original debut was that of the Siege line but he came towards the end of that line so he was difficult to obtain. Hasbro re-released him under the ER banner. He is very simple to play and I love the blast effects that come with him. Rung doesn't have a head swivel like most target masters do, but I'm not really complaining for such a simple figure.
With ER Prowl
It made some sense I paired him with Prowl since his blaster was breaking. Until I get a replacement rifle for him, Rung will do nicely with him. Rung can pretty much be paired with anyone that can grip 5mm pegs. Use your imagination.
Conclusion:
Unless if these were the actual Takara Legends figures or exclusive figures that come with these transformable weapons, Rung is pretty much a filler... or at least to me. He plays nice but once again I bought him to see what the fuss is about. He is a simple and decent weaponizer. And that is it.
