Transformers War for Cybertron Trilogy Quintesson Pit of Judgement review
He that saith unto the wicked, Thou are righteous; him shall the people curse, nations shall abhor him: Proverbs 24:24
Aloha folks I am back. I finally decided to open up this box set since I already opened up SS Kranix prior to this box set. How does he fare? Let's get started!
Boxing and contents

The box ended up getting some spot damage. You can see spots on the bubble. I do love the artwork on the back. Really nice. All the figures come wrapped in a bubble which was kinda of a pain to remove without ripping sections of the diorama that it was taped to. The figures that come with the set is a Quintesson judge (all 5 faces), Bailff, Prosecutor, mini-Kranix and a Sharkticon. As a fair warning, some of the pics came out blurry. Not sure how I missed it at first but I did my best to make it more presentable.

The cool thing about the Quints is that they have the face turning gimmick like how they did in the movie/show. It's really a fun concept to play around with. Definitely the highlight of this boxset. You can attach a gun to make it look as if they were carrying it like how they did in the Return of Optimus Prime. Wasn't a gun but more of a repair weapon. He is also given a chair to sit, like a throne of some sort which we will get to more later. The Tentacles are pretty ok to mess around with.
Bailiff ( with WFC Allicon)
Forgive me but I lost Allicon's spear at the time of this shoot so he borrowed Hot Rod's fishing pole. Heh. As you can see The Bailiff is a slight retool of Allicon. Same alt mode just with a different head, chest, colors, and shoulders. The Bailiff's head, or my copy, was very loose. I do like how his weapon can split into two or use it as one as if you are pushing your adversary off the bridge. My Allicon's tail tends to pop off as I transform him but the Bailiff turns smoothly when I attempt to do the same. Not sure if this was an issue for anyone then, but I realized everytime I transform Ally boy, his tail just pops off. Same transformation and pretty much plays the same despite the problems I just mentioned.
The Prosecutor
You can sorta play with his tentacles but he is pretty much just a block/stick figure. You can twist his head left and right if you want to have fun with him.
Alt mode?
There is a cool mode. Not sure if this was part of the blueprints on how they were supposed to be like in the movie or show. You remove the Quints dome head on the top to reveal a cage; this also houses the gun. When you first remove this figure you realize there is something rattling loose in the figure. This is pretty much the gun. The cage was designed to cage small figures like this version of Kranix or small Legends like figures. Then you also can put his gun on the bottom of the throne/chair or on the top of the cage. The Quint heads flap up and it reveals another set of flaps which goes downward. The Quint blue legs are removed and paired with the dome. You then flatten the chair/throne and it becomes another add-on to house the cage. Really fun and neat.
Sharkticon ( With Legends and SS86)
Same figure as the Legends one shown here. Just different paint scheme. Plays the same and transformation is very easy. Here is also SS86 just to show you the difference and all. Really good if you want to recreate the Sharkticon battles like the movie.
Kranix ( with SS86)
Yeah, I guess thank God we got a new Kranix mold.
Conclusion
This is a really fun set. I'm surprised I never opened it up earlier. You get a rehash of a Sharkticon which you can troop build and another Bailiff which is a slight remold of Allicon. The Prosecutor is nice to have and that is it. He will serve to be door food when I get around to having the Dinobots trample him. Kranix is really a filler here now and the prize of them all is the Quintesson. Really fun to play with. Well, if you can get this set under a hundred, I say get it. Really a nice box set overall with a cool diorama. Laters. Jesus loves you. Seek him and let him. Don't go with your feelings.
