Don't let the pics fool you, Arcee's box is pretty small. When I receive this through the mail, I thought the seller on Ebay duped me by mailing me only the figure for the box was very small and light. As I opened it, alas, no disappointment. The box is only half the size of a Hasbro Generations packaging. The figure also comes with a fold up manual that displays her statistics, portrait, transformation instructions, and a two page manga. I uploaded the Manga here for any Japanese readers. If anyone could translate it for me, that be awesome. As for now lets get to....

Her racer mode is pretty gimmicky as you can place her weapons where ever there are pegs available. She is roughly the same size as a deluxe figure. The good thing is, unlike, IDW Generations Blurr, Arcee actually keeps her vehicle mode like a future race car. She still has wheels but you barely notice it making her vehicle mode G1 dead-on.

Everybody was doing this at one point with her, so I figure I give her a try. I guess Arcee was built for this. Thankfully, the Takara version in which you see here decided to give her bright, red lipstick over her Hasbro counterpart which is devoid of it. It's a novelty but as you can tell I had fun doing all these poses. Arcee is quite the TF model.

For even more pics go to my Arcee's picasa page! Yep, that's how much fun I had with her... not in a degrading sense. Anyways, You can see a couple more pics that I didn't use on here because it was 92 pics I shot of her total. I guess she deserves it for being the first official Arcee toy released, though 2nd if you want to get technical between Hasbro releasing theirs first then Takara Tomy.

How do I start, Arcee is really skinny despite carrying a heavy back which transforms into the front hood of her car. She is easily posable as she is transformable to alt mode and back. She has two guns: one small grey one and one pink one. Though the pink one looks good, her grey one was the one I preferred when it came to posing. She can also use her translucent blades to mimic sword fighting poses though I personally felt it wasn't as cool as I thought it would be. First off, they fit in her hands fine, but if you tried to peg them by her thighs, they fall off easy. The guns fit on her thighs just right. Another complaint of mines is that her head doesn't really lock in place when I swivel her head sometimes... or at least, it was mines that didn't. It kinda makes her neck stretch out on occasion. Other besides that she looks great, her joints are good, and I love the G1 look and coloring on her.

Arcee is sold out almost every site you go to. I had to buy her for nearly $45 shipped off Ebay because I was late in getting her. Was she worth it? Yes and she was worth the money. I feel lucky for those who got her pre-ordered on Bigbadtoystore, TFsource, Amiami, HobbyLinkJapan etc..., because they sold her as cheap as $17. For $17 you be an idiot for not picking it up. Oh wait?!? That was me. So I paid double for her... actually even more, but lesson learned next time and that is don't hesitate.

For those who missed out on her, I hope Takara does a 2nd release. She is definitely worth the money and wait. Have a nice day folks!
