Boxing and content:
The comic book if you see in the bottom right hand corner depicts the scene where Rodimus Prime (Convoy), Blurr, and Kup (Char) left Seibertron in the Headmasters series. Kup pretty much settled on planet Micro. You can read the story translation here:

Note: I accidently mis-transformed Recoil in targetmaster mode for the entire shoot.

| My Grandpa, what big hands you have? |
Probably my biggest gripe with this figure (or just mines) was that his hands do look awfully big and they kept popping off most of the time. I nearly even lost one when while I kept playing with him. Besides that, Kup is looking really good and I really dig the G1 looking head and colors. Articulation is good as well. Way to go Takara besides the hands that is.
Targetmaster Recoil and Headmaster
Recoil is done nicely and Kup is now a headmaster. Simple play value here. Nothing more.
We have guests
Generations Kup
What more can I say? Mix and match. For a while Generations Kup stood as the line up for your classics division. Though Legends Kup takes that honor now, Generations Kup is still worthy of your classics division if you choose not to go the Legends route. Generations Kup can barely hold recoil just letting you folks know while Legends Kup can hold Generations Kup rifle with ease though the Igear extra not so much.
Legends Blurr
They are headmasters right? Easily swappable though I thought Blurr's head on Kup made him look fat. Have fun on this part with any other headmaster figure.
Conclusion:
Besides his hands, Legends Kup is a must have alongside Legends Blurr. If you decide to go the Takara route, at least these both must be picked up. It's so nice to have close to G1 accurate looking toon characters and colors. Pick them up wherever and whenever you could. Mahalos.
| I guess this gives you a hint on who I should review next. |
