Transformers War for Cybertron Siege S7 Sideswipe review

Aloha folks, it has been a long time since I've posted a Transformer review. Today we kick start the New Year with WFC Siege Sideswipe! Yeah, of all the legends and old figures that I still need to open and review, I just decided to go with the latest toyline. Once again, Takara and Hasbro has merged into one so whether you buy one or the other, it is the same figure with the same paintjob, tweaks, and all. I shot some of these photos using the shutter speed option time around. The results: a mix bag for me. Forgive me for some of the blurry shots. Still learning and I guess I do need to have a better setup overall. Anyhow, let's get started.

Boxing:

Neat little packaging with the instructions it comes with. You get to see some of the upcoming characters displayed on the side of the box. Also advertised is the battle master figures you can use as an extra gun with blast effects which puts them on my want list. In this category, I'm probably anticipating Chromia since I never got her Legends figure.

Robot mode:

Thank God for a good and final day in Portland, Oregon December 1-2, 2018 Multnomah Falls, Pittock Mansion, and Portland Japanese Garden!

More free food! Thank you Jesus!

Multnomah Falls

It's been 8 years since I've seen the falls! This time me and Gary just did the lower portion of the falls. We never made it to the top since Gary was feeling under the weather.  It was all good since Gary had a flight to catch later on.

Hello? Anybody hoooome?
Me and Gary did the tour.  It is the home to Henry and Georgiana Pittock. The home was damaged by a storm in the 60's, so majority of the house is re-decorated and restored by the city of Portland. The house is very nice and you also get to see a wide view of the city of Portland.

Portland Day 2!

More free food!

Cannon Beach/Haystack Rock

Very good weather! Thank you Jesus! Nice beach, had a good turnout as well.

More pics!

I love this place. Wouldn't mind being here again maybe to hike the different areas next time. Waves are fairly strong so be careful. Really serene and nice alternative to Portland.  Btw, Cannon beach is roughly a 1 1/2 hr drive from Portland. Also, this place supposedly is famous for being the backdrop to the movie Goonies (1985).
