Transformers War for Cybertron Siege S10 Skytread quick review

First December TF posting! Without further delay, here is Decepticon Skytread aka Flywheels. Let's get started.

Boxing

The boxing like usual. I didn't use the instruction manual like always for the most part. I got this guy as part of the Hasbro deal last year for $10. I finally decided to let him loose. Was he worth it? We'll found out.

The figure

Derived from the Roadtrap and Battleslash mold from the Power of the Primes line. ST is a simple but pretty decent looking and handling figure. As of this review, I haven't gotten the chance to open up Roadtrap and Battleslash, but what I got here so far, ST plays very nicely. He comes with two guns that can form a extended rifle. Look for the pegs all over his body just to place weapons. Yeah, I just left his back flaps open rather than close it.

As for G1 continuity: ST did appear in the Japanese Headmasters cartoon. I vowed for the most part to just get the first 4 season classic figures and that would wrap up my TF collecting.

Alt mode (Guest starring Shockwave)

ST is comprised of two legends size figures that form into deluxe robot. His upper torso transforms into a jet while his lower body forms a tank. Too bad he didn't come with more guns because his tank half looks awkward without it as you give it to his jet form. The battle damage stands out more in his tank mode which is the side part of his legs. Two for one you can say?

Wrap up (with Refraktor)

A simple figure(s) that are easy to play with and transform. Add him to your Siege Decepticon ranks now. Mahalos.
