Thank God for good and final days in Macau April 5 - 9. 2019

April 5, 2019

We went to eat at a nearby place from our relative's house but I didn't get pics. After that it was nigh nigh.

April 6. 2019 The Ruins of St Paul

So we went to Senado Square and took pics. We went somewhere a walking distance afterwards to have lunch with bunch of relatives where I got to meet up with my handsome nephew!

Jardim Luis De Camoes (Where they shot Fist of Fury 1972 film)

This is the place where the infamous "No Dogs or No Chinese allowed" took place. That scene was actually based on a real life event when the British and Japanese occupied Shanghai back in the 30s-40s; Supposedly the Chinese people were barred from their own park. When this movie (1972) debuted in Chinese theaters, people reportedly cheered after Bruce Lee's character broke the sign.

Journey to the West

So we went back to Senado Square area and ate at some hole in the wall ice cream plus we went to the Fist of Fury park shooting location. This place also had some Journey to the west statues as well.

Wandering, Taipa Village and met up with Martin my cousin.

I thank my cousins for showing me around. Martin my other cousin then brought me to all these areas to eat pork chop buns and stuff. Taipa Village was this area and you get to see China from the pier. We drove around the casinos and I took a quick pic of the Eiffel tower casino (forgot it's name too). Had dinner at Martin's house and that was it.

April 7th, 2019

It seems as I all did was eat all day but actually me and a whole bunch of people went to visit my Great-Grandfather and mother's graves. We went to see my Grandma, her sister, and my Grandfather's niche as well. So most of the day was spent paying respect.

Yep. I'm not kidding. Worms was one of the delicacies here. I did not touch that one of course.

Casino night- Phase II

So we went to phase II afterwards. Basically there are two locations of casinos, very much similar to Las Vegas where you have the strip and downtown. Phase II is the newer location of the two. We mainly went to Venetian and Wynns. City of Dreams caught my eye but we didn't really go in. Over here it was the Wynn hotel that had the Bellagio-like water fountain shows.
