Ventured into Seattle city on my own for this day. Actually, God was with me so I wasn't alone. He kept me safe. Let's get started!
Smith Tower
Parked close to Space Needle area and yet I walked all the way to, close to, International district to take some shots. I didn't go up but man there was loads of Los Angeles Dodger fans attending the Dodger vs Mariners game. Maybe next time I will go up to explore the observatory.
Seattle Art Museum
Recommended by Tram. Thanks, it was nice. Mostly indigenous arts but I grew up studying native arts. I really loved the native take on the Storm trooper. The rat statue was awesome as well.
Pike Place and lunch!

As you can see, the weather was starting to fog up again. Should had been beautiful skies but we got what we got. I walked around Pike place a bit before settling for lunch at 5 point cafe which is a distance from Pike's but very close to the Space Needle. Good pot roast btw!
Space Needle and Museum of Pop (aka as EMP) pics heavy!

The first floor consisted of a quick convention that allowed you to purchase digital printing supplies to make your own superhero projects, neat guitar displays, and video gaming areas.Marvel

| I sure did! |
The Marvel exhibition was worth the price admission! They charge you $28 to come in plus $8 for the Marvel segment. The Marvel Exhibition was pretty much the 36 bucks you pay to see. Loads of Marvel history plus plenty of cool innovations like the Iron Man flight simulator. I didn't play it because it was a long line :( The most disappointing superhero was by far the Punisher. He was placed next to Daredevil and his section was super small and his portrait was in the background of the display case and bios. There is a voting machine on who you get to vote on your favorite marvel hero: Try guess who is number 1? Your friendly neighbor-hood .......
Music artists, other pop cultures plus sci-fi area

Horror icons, Lord of the rings, Wizard of Oz, and a few musicians such as Pearl Jam, Nirvana, and Jimi Hendrix takes up the remaining portions of EMP/MOP. Lots of handwritten letters displayed from Hendrix and Nirvana. I wonder if they will do Soundgarden next due to the fact Chris Cornell passed away not too long ago plus Soundgarden formed in Seattle namely Magnuson Park. Time will tell. Oh, Blade the marvel hero is considered a horror icon. Possibly what made this part disappointing was that the Star Trek area left a lot to desire. There was a quick database and a flat screen monitor that previewed the William Shatner era. You figure something like Star Wars and Star Trek would have a larger area due to its popularity, right?
Back home to Bellevue and Factoria!

Went home for a bit and also shopped at Trader Joes. Couldn't decide what to eat so I stopped for a burger and shake at Red Robin at Factoria. Yummy! Anyhow, day over. Thank God for a good day indeed.
