Well, Earthrise Thrust is one of the figures that is exclusive to Target and also is very ambiguous on its release. From what I heard, originally it was to be released with Runabout. Then it was delayed to Dec 15 and then to Dec 22. As of now, you are only hearing from other collector's that he is out in stores. Many people also had their pre-orders canceled, so this really ups the exclusivity level for this Decepticon. Some people like the hunt but it is also frustrating because this paves way for scalpers to screw collectors.
Not only that but my Target decided to up the price on this guy. Wow, they really banking on his rarity. I hope to the good lord I could get one at this price. Lots of Runabout on that day too.
