Countdown to girls day 4 of 5: Power of the Primes Elita-1 Voyager review!

Greetings TF fans and alike. As we almost march towards the end of the girls day reviews, today we have Power of the Primes Elita-1! Elita is a revamp figure of Silverbolt/Scattershot. How well does she do? Three forms of playtime minus the boxing I will be reviewing. Without due, let's get started!

Boxing

Looks promising so far. Elita-1 is also of The Search for Alpha Trion fame of G1 season 1.

Robot mode w/Prime Master Enigma

Elita-1 is a thing of beauty. Aesthetically, she looks really great. Has really tight elbow joints and decent posability. Reason I say this is that my figure has some really loose knee joint on the right leg. It's probably just mines. What is also a little messed up is that for a voyager figure, she has two small guns. I guess what compensated for this is the 2x black Hand/Gun/feet weapon (HGF) it comes with. Not only does the figure comes with this duo weapon, it also gives you a free prime master named Enigma. Well, stick the weapons on any pegs as you desire.

Alt mode

Wow, this mode looks very impressive. Elita turns into a jet as you can see and I love the weapon placement on the sides. Very similar to that of Silverbolt and Scattershot; then again she is a remold of them. The colors looks very bright and amazing to say the least. Neat mode with a landing gear of course. Very easy to transform to this mode.

Elita Infin1te guest starring UW Computron's limbs and Moonracer.

Yep she combines. No surprise here unless this is your first time seeing Elita-1.
She is a floppy mess unfortunately. Unless, it is my figure again, the shoulders barely stay put. I played around with this figure for nearly half and hr and I couldn't find anything to peg the upper torso/shoulders in. Somebody let me know if there is a way. Finally got to combine Moonracer and I was able to use Enigma as a prime master for her HGF. Sadly this mode falls really flat for me and the black HGF does not stay pegged in as it comes off very easily. Nice idea but quality assurance was surely lacking... or at least for me.

Funny thing was as I was trying to place Moonracer as a leg, Nosecone was able to keep Elita Infin1te standing tall on his own. No joke. I thought this was hilarious. Well, hopefully I'll find a way to keep combined mode sturdy. The odd thing is that Hastak ended up making a combiner out of this figure but not give her a real team. If you look at the instruction manual, two of the dinobots make up her team which we all know that ain't true. Novastar isn't even mentioned though she was eventually released down the line and serves as limb for any combiner. However, Novastar definitely belongs on the female team.

Conclusion:

Elita-1 is a good figure both robot and alt mode. She could probably use better and longer guns but can't win em all. Anyhow, laters and back with the finale of girls day reviews coming soon.
