Hola peeps! I decided to get free from work and take a quick trip to Trailblazer nation- Portland, Oregon! Let's get started!

November 29th, 2018

I arrived here in Portland during the late evening. I did a 3 day night shift and as you guess, I was super tired by the time I got to my hotel which was in Hayden Island. Holiday Inn Express and suites was my hotel. It has a nice location and it's a good hotel with friendly staff.

I traveled to Southeast Portland side to buy gifts for my nephew and eat! Large Asian population in the southeast side. I had a craving for dim sum anyway. Pretty good dim sum.

It was early afternoon so I decided to go back into town and hike (was also a rainy day for the most part):

Witch's Castle

 
 This was an attempted hike to the Pittock mansion. I was unable to finish the hike. Roughly about close to 3 hrs I still did not finish and I had to head back into town so I could pick my friend Gary up and watch the Trailblazers game; Portland traffic is horrendous during late afternoon. Nice hike still though I felt awkward in how the trail progresses. Sometimes you go left, then right, then down, and up. I can't really explain it but it did feel uneven at times.


*Update: 2/17/20 Just found out the remains of that house is none other than Witch's castle. *

We were late as the first quarter was nearly ending. Portland had to rally towards the end only to lose by one point. This was a nice experience but this is the 2nd time I've seen a Trailblazers game only to see them lose (again). I can't wait to see a game where they win. Next time I guess. Anyhow, that ended my adventure for the day. See you next time and Jesus loves you.

  Aloha folks, I am back with another TF review. This time it is Legacy United Gears. I had him a while back but I opened him up last month when I was on my trip to the Big Island of Hawaii but never had the time to complete the pics, editing, and review until now. Without further delay, let's get started! Boxing I'm not sure why his chest piece comes separate. I thought it was possibly to prevent theft as Transformers wiki seems to feel the same way. You can't use it as a shield or anything but it is used as a homage to which I get to in the next category. Gears comes tied in a generic backdrop Hasbro tend to use these days in which I tend to toss afterwards. If it was done in the 86 studio series caliber, I definitely keep it. Transformers Studio Series 86-26 Leader Class The The Movie 1986 Dinobot Swoop Action Figure review

  Aloha folks, I am back again with another TF review. Once again, I've been pushing myself to take these guys out of their boarded up prisons. Today is the 5th and final member of the Dinobots: Studio Series 86-26 Leader class Swoop. Without further delay, lets get started! Boxing So Swoop comes without the plastic protection. The two backdrops that comes with him is the same as Blasters. Once again, this could had been done differently. Swoop was not present in that scene. I think the Prime backdrop would been more fitting since Autobot city was devastated by the time Prime and the Dinobots arrived. Weird or lazy choice by Hasbro again. The figure comes with two swords (one is longer than the other) and his two missiles.  Me Swoop no see nothing!   I finally utilized my holder stand to do his flying poses. What can I say?
